Charge and turn on the charging cable and TV transmitter switch. Plug the optical/AUX3.5mm/RCA audio cable into the TV transmitter and TV output port (only one output at a time), then power on the headphones. In your TV settings, select "Sound/Audio", then "Sound Output/Expert Settings/Advanced", and finally "Audio Digital Output Format" to "PCM/Stereo/Optical". Simply click the MFB button on the side of the headphones to pause the audio. If your TV has Bluetooth functionality, you can connect the headphones directly to your TV. When using the optical cable, do not plug in the AUX 3.5mm cable, as only one output should be used at a time.
